-Restaurant Spirit Night Partners- Los Tios Mia's Table Chick Fil A Raising Canes Chicken | Dear Lovett Families, Hooray! Because of YOUR support, we achieved our financial goal of $40,000 dollars for the Lovett Rocks with Gratitude Campaign! We’ve already spent $12,000 towards making virtual school more effective (providing needed teacher supplies like flip charts, white boards and $325/teacher for classroom use) and $8,000 making in-person school safer (providing hand sanitizer, bags for manipulatives, lanyards, bottled water, extra masks and retrofitting water fountains with bottle fillers) plus we’ve covered miscellaneous needs for chargers, iPad covers, etc. The next step is moving forward on capital improvements. I’d also like to give special thanks to Scott Rose for co-chairing this event with me. If you forgot to make a donation and would still like to support Lovett, go to Lovett Rocks with Gratitude. Our Lovett Community is SO AWESOME! Our need for a new technology chair has been filled by the fabulous Liana Bouchard. Virtual students may come pick up their holiday packet (with a sweet treat and a craft) this Saturday from 10am-12pm in the Jason loop. In person students will receive them on the last day of school before break. Lovett Yard Signs For Sale
Grab a yard sign while supplies last for just $20. They will be available after school this Thursday or Friday (assuming no rain)at Meyerland Park (next door to Lovett) or you can order online HERE (pickup details included on the order form).
