Hi Lovett!

Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to the PTO Meeting this morning! It was the first time in a long time for an in-person meeting, and it was good to be together. We’ll send out the minutes when they’re ready for everyone who couldn’t make it to the meeting.

We’ve got a Restaurant Night on Thursday at Spanky’s Pizza (7118 Bellaire Blvd.). See below for details.
Audition videos for the Lovett Talent Show are due May 22. See below for the flyer and details.

Tomorrow, Thurs., May 19 - Restaurant Night at Spanky's Pizza in Bellaire

It's another yummy Lovett FUNdraiser at Spanky's Pizza in Bellaire (7118 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77074). Order for carryout or dine in and a portion of your order will be donated to Lovett. Be sure to mention Lovett at check-out.

Fri., June 3rd (5:30-9:30 p.m.)- Dad's Club Tailgate and Rugby Game

The Lovett Dad’s Club is hosting a ”Dad’s Night Out” at the Houston Sabercats rugby match vs the Austin Gilgronis on Friday, June 3rd starting at 5:30 p.m. to cap off the school year and have one last hoorah with Kurt Dawson, our out-going Dad’s Club President, as well as celebrate all our Lovett dads, uncles, grandfathers, big brothers and other father figures.

Tickets are $13. Pre-match tailgating food and non-adult beverages are included. See the attached flyer for the details.

Lovett Talent Show (June 7th, 8-9 a.m.)

The Lovett Talent Show will be held in person on Tuesday, June 7th from 8:00-9:00 a.m. in the Lovett Multipurpose Room.

Submission videos can be sent to Lovettshow2022@gmail.com.

Be sure to begin your video with your name, grade and teacher.
Videos should be no longer than 2 minutes.
Acts must be appropriate and abide by school policy.
Videos will be reviewed by a teacher panel and acts will be announced by May 27th.

Parents must fill out the permission slip.
