Interested in becoming a volunteer at the book fair, we could use your help! You must be VIPS certified to volunteer. Visit the following Signup Genius website to view volunteer opportunities. LINK
Becoming VIPS certified is a three step process: 1. Complete the VIPS Volunteer (online) Orientation, 2. Complete the District Volunteer Application, and 3. Receive an email approval. After receiving your approval, please double check with Lovett's front desk administrators to verify they have your information and approval in Lovett's computer system. Frequently Asked Questions:
- What is the best method to pay? Creating and funding your child's eWallet through the scholastic website is preferred. Print out your eWallet at home or visit the book fair register to obtain your eWallet and balance. Cash and major credit cards are also accepted.
- When will my child be able to visit? Anyone can visit during book fair business hours. Students will be able to visit the book fair during their designated library date and time.
- Can my child shop during aftercare? Students are allowed to visit and shop with the permission of the school teacher/staff during hours of operation.
- Can I receive a refund? Refunds will be issued while the fair is being held at the school for items that are new and unused. You must have your original receipt and payment will be returned to its original purchase method. Damaged or opened items are NOT eligible for a refund or an exchanged.
