Interested in becoming a volunteer at the book fair, we could use your help! You must be VIPS certified to volunteer. Visit the following Signup Genius website to view volunteer opportunities. LINK 

 

Becoming VIPS certified is a three step process: 1. Complete the VIPS Volunteer (online) Orientation, 2. Complete the District Volunteer Application, and 3. Receive an email approval. After receiving your approval, please double check with Lovett's front desk administrators to verify they have your information and approval in Lovett's computer system. Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What is the best method to pay?  Creating and funding your child's eWallet through the scholastic website is preferred. Print out your eWallet at home or visit the book fair register to obtain your eWallet and balance. Cash and major credit cards are also accepted. 

     

  • When will my child be able to visit?  Anyone can visit during book fair business hours. Students will be able to visit the book fair during their ancillary scheduled library date and time.

     

  • Can my child shop during aftercare?  Students are allowed to visit and shop with the permission of the school teacher/staff during hours of operation. 
     
  • Can I receive a refund?  Refunds will be issued while the fair is being held at the school for items that are new and unused. You must have your original receipt and payment will be returned to its original purchase method. Damaged or opened items are NOT eligible for a refund or an exchanged.

¿Te interesa ser voluntario/a en la feria del libro? ¡Tu ayuda es fundamental! Para ser voluntario/a, debes contar con la certificación VIPS. Visita el sitio web de Signup Genius para ver las oportunidades de voluntariado. ENLACE

 

Obtener la certificación VIPS es un proceso de tres pasos: 1. Complete la Orientación para Voluntarios VIPS (en línea), 2. Complete la Solicitud de Voluntariado del Distrito y 3. Reciba un correo electrónico de aprobación. Tras recibir su aprobación, verifique con la recepción de Lovett que su información y aprobación estén registradas en el sistema informático de Lovett. Preguntas frecuentes:

 

¿Cuál es la mejor forma de pago? Se recomienda crear y recargar la billetera electrónica de su hijo/a a través del sitio web de Scholastic. Puede imprimir su billetera electrónica en casa o visitar la caja registradora de la feria del libro para obtenerla y consultar su saldo. También se aceptan efectivo y las principales tarjetas de crédito.

 

¿Cuándo podrá mi hijo/a visitar la feria del libro? Cualquier persona puede visitarla durante el horario de la feria. Los estudiantes podrán visitarla en la fecha y hora programadas para su visita a la biblioteca.

 

¿Puede mi hijo ir de compras durante el servicio de cuidado después de clases? Los estudiantes pueden visitar y comprar con el permiso del profesor o personal de la escuela durante el horario de funcionamiento.

 

¿Puedo obtener un reembolso? Los reembolsos se emitirán durante la feria que se celebre en la escuela para artículos nuevos y sin usar. Debe presentar su recibo original y el pago se devolverá al método de pago original. Los artículos dañados o abiertos NO son elegibles para reembolso ni cambio.
