Company Matching Donations
Your company may have a matching program for tax exempt organizations such as the Lovett Elementary PTO. Check with your Human Resources Department to see if they offer the program and you can help raise more funds for your child's school.
This can be done anytime during the year.
The document you may need to present is the:

FEDERAL TAX EXEMPT LETTER As a 501(c)(3) Organization Form link

A Donation Receipt (Provided by the Lovett Elementary PTO Treasurer)

A Document that your company provides (once you fill out your part, send to treasurer to fill out their part to confirm amount donated/received).
